happens at the dinners – what time do they begin and how long do
they last into the night?
evenings begin with socializing and cocktails of local wine and
beer, iced tea or water at 5:00 pm. Optional farm tours are also
offered before dinner. Just before sunset, guests are seated at
one long elegant table. A typical dinner consists of
approximately four courses and wine and usually last two and
half to three hours. During the meal, the local producers who
provided ingredients for the menu talk about their respective
farms and diners are encouraged to ask questions.

typically casual, but most importantly we urge you to dress
comfortably. Dinners will be held rain or shine, so please wear

producers. Much of the dinner is cooked on site. Our menu will
be different each year depending on the availability of local
ingredients and the creative flair of our chef. However, we can
assure you that you will have an incredible dining experience
with the most local, fresh and flavorful foods available!!
